A mashup is a website or web application that seamlessly combines content from more than one source into an integrated experience. HousingMaps is a great mashup of Google Maps and craigslist.org.
We think it is a great application for doing research into home markets and local economies. The choice of Canadian cities is pretty small right now, but there are many American cities to browse. We found some houses in Vancouver and were surprised at the level of detail that is included.
